This PPC Performance Dashboard helps you optimize your Google Ads campaigns by calculating key metrics and providing actionable insights. Simply enter your campaign parameters and click "Calculate & Optimize" to see real-time forecasts and recommendations.
Campaign Parameters
- Monthly Budget: Your total monthly advertising spend
- Target Leads/Month: The number of conversions you want to achieve
- Average Order Value: The average revenue per conversion
- Conversion Rate: Percentage of clicks that result in conversions (e.g., 3.5% = 3.5)
- Click-Through Rate (CTR): Percentage of impressions that result in clicks (e.g., 2.5% = 2.5)
- Quality Score: Google's rating of your ad quality (1-10 scale)
- Target ROAS: Your desired Return on Ad Spend ratio
Key Performance Indicators
- ROAS (Return on Ad Spend): Revenue divided by ad spend. Higher is better. Aim for 4:1 or higher.
- CPC (Cost Per Click): Average amount you pay for each click. Lower is generally better.
- CPL (Cost Per Lead): Average cost to acquire one lead. Compare to your customer lifetime value.
- Revenue: Total revenue generated from your campaign based on leads and order value.
Green arrows (↑) indicate improving metrics, red arrows (↓) indicate areas needing attention.

The 12-month forecast chart shows cumulative projections for budget, revenue, and leads. Use this to plan long-term campaign strategy and budget allocation.
Quality Score Impact
Quality Score directly affects your CPC and ad rank. Higher scores (8-10) reduce costs and improve ad positioning. The dashboard provides specific tips based on your current score.
Bid Strategy Recommendations
Based on your metrics, the dashboard suggests optimal bid strategies such as Target CPA, Maximize Conversions, or Manual CPC. Each recommendation includes a confidence score.
Budget Optimization
See daily and weekly budget breakdowns, optimal CPC ranges, and maximum clicks per day. Warnings appear if your budget is too low to achieve targets.
A/B Test Calculator
Test the statistical significance of ad variations. Enter conversions and clicks for Variant A and B to determine if results are statistically meaningful.
